The Perseus Cluster of galaxies (Abell 426) is a cluster of about 200+ galaxies some 240 million light-years distant in the constellation Perseus. It is rich in spiral galaxies and shows many interacting galaxies.

I am putting here two pictures. The second picture is annotated with arrows that shows all galaxies. In general, stars are round and crisp, galaxies are fuzzy and irregular shapes.
